The control room is located in the Melbourne suburb of Vermont, Victoria. It has been built to the relevant Australian Standard 2201, and has been graded by ASIAL. We are approved by the POLICE for response. All systems in the control room have full redundancy, with hot-swap servers, spare receivers, uninterrupted power supply (UPS) and emergency generator all located on site, so that continuous 24 hour operation can be guaranteed, 365 days of the year.

Alarm Data Centre has invested in the latest alarm receiver equipment available and uses ADSW software to interpret incoming signals and maintain the client database. It can monitor signals received via conventional telephone lines, as well as GSM Units, GPRS Units, IP-ADSL Units and Securitel.
